Amazing fitness store and the owners are incredibly knowledgeable! Great selection of supplements, and they only sell things they've personally tried and can vouch for. I was going through a very tough training boot camp and Cameron recommended exactly what I needed to achieve my goals and still feel great. Alicia was my personal trainer and she is AMAZING! She will get to know you and your goals, design workouts to meet those goals, she'll push you to be your best, and lets you know she is always in your corner! Also, the introduction to cryo-therapy and red light therapy did wonders for my recovery. American Fit is a great addition to your health and fitness routine!!!

Hands down the best supplement shop you will ever walk into. Let me start off by prefacing when you walk in you will not be greeted by hundreds of different products that hardly any of the staff have used or know about. Instead, you will walk into a store with a small selection, but a selection that has been tried and tested for your best results in mind. This approach leaves out the guessing game of which supplement will work and which wont for you. The owners go through an extensive trial period for all the products the stock their shelves with and make sure the product they're promoting and selling means business, just as they do. Moving on to the owners. Both of them are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and it shows. I have never walked into the shop without having all of my questions answered. When one of them doesn't have an answer the other is a phone call a way and I can attest to this as I had one of my questions answered immediately by a phone call. You feel you are in good hands when you walk into this shop. If you are new to supplements or just want real life experience with certain supplements, this is the shop to go. I have only bought supplements from the shop and have not had the opportunity to take advantage of their other products. I will continue to update this review as I test out more from them. 10/10!
